Weekly Check-In - November 29, 2025

It's Advent. The four Sundays that lead up to Christmas, the liturgical season of Advent, begins tomorrow, Sunday, November 30. It's a time of journeying and watching for God. Watching for what God has done for us, coming to us through the mystery of the Incarnation, the Christ Child whose birth we celebrate at Christmas. Watching for God in the present and how we can participate in what God is doing right now in God's good creation. Watching with great expectation for what God will do in the future, looking for the fulfillment of the promise of faith: the Christ who has come will come again. Join us on the journey - beginning tomorrow, let's celebrate it together.

See you there.

CHRISTMAS JOY GIFT OFFERING

Through the Christmas Joy Offering, we reflect God's perfect gift to us with generous support of our church leaders – past, present and future. We honor and celebrate leaders like retired pastors, church workers and their families who have faithfully guided and led us, but who now find themselves in critical financial need. We honor and celebrate emerging leaders who develop leadership skills as they pursue their education and prepare to bring their gifts in service to the world God loves so much.

The Christmas Joy Offering will be received at the morning worship service on December 21 as well at the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service.

Celebrate Life!
